This is an updated version of the popular “Do What You Love With A Plan” workshop that has been tailored specifically for “Lightpreneurs”.
If you have a practice and want to make it more profitable, you can easily apply the principles in this presentation to accomplish that. For anyone just starting out, this will give you a foundation to create a successful business from the start.
This is presentation is based on a coaching model that has been used with amazing success in taking practitioners to a goal profit in 60 days. The goal profit might be $500, $1,000, $2,000 or more in the 9th week of activity. From that point forward, it is just expanding your business to whatever level you desire.
How is this achieved?
As Elmas says, "most entrepreneurs trip over opportunity trying to pick up the details." So, we determine the necessary details for the business. Then we develop who is the best client to reach first, a product/service mix to offer to that client base and then work backwards from the goal to create the plan to achieve the desired income.
This is not about creating the "perfect" business, but rather to generate income to sustain the business while it evolves into what it is supposed to be.

Presented by Elmas Vincent, MBA. Elmas has made a commitment to serving other lightpreneurs in being successful in their business in order to touch more peoples lives. Elmas brings a wide variety of experience to the table having created a range of businesses from retail to manufacturing to service. He taught one of the first university level Entrepreneurial classes and continues to teach in multiple settings. Being a lightpreneur himself, Elmas’ has a unique style: part crazy professor, part marketing genius, part master coach and all heart. He has been presenting a wide variety of business talks, seminars and workshops to the “practitioner” community for many years.

Workshop
This workshop is optional after the “Flashlight To Floodlight” all day presentation. It is designed to go over portions “hands-on” of the previous day’s material to speed you along to success.
Elmas will personally be taking this small group through an afternoon of applying the information learned the day before. We will be taking the “launch” workbook and filling as much of it out as possible to start your roadmap to success, prosperity and expanding your light!
